Club Service
Fellowships, installations, membership and the everyday work of keeping a club that people actually want to turn up to.
(Sponsored by Rotary Club of Rajahmundry River City)
The Rotaract Club of Rajahmundry River City brings together students and young professionals from across the city who want to do something useful with their time — and to grow while doing it.
We are chartered under Rotary International and sponsored by our parent club, the Rotary Club of Rajahmundry River City. That is why we are never working alone: their Rotarians mentor our members, back our projects, and open doors a group of twenty-somethings could not open on their own.
In practice that means a few hours most weekends — a clean-up on the ghats, a blood camp, a workshop for final-year students, or a fellowship evening where we argue happily about what to do next.
More about the club
Estd. 2021
Rotaract organises its work into five avenues of service — the kinds of work a club does — and seven areas of focus, which are the causes that work goes towards. Every project we run sits somewhere in this grid.
Fellowships, installations, membership and the everyday work of keeping a club that people actually want to turn up to.
Mock interviews, skill workshops and mentoring from Rotarians who have already walked the road — and holding ourselves to a standard at work.
Clean-up drives, blood camps, school kits, health awareness — work that shows up on the ground in Rajahmundry.
Twin-club projects and global fellowship that connect a Godavari riverside club to Rotaractors in more than 170 countries.
Interact and Rotaract mentoring, RYLA, and working with school and college students who will run this city next.
Rotary channels its work worldwide into seven areas of focus. Every project we run is chosen to sit inside one of them.
Minutes and resolutions, on the record and open to read.
Membership is open to anyone 18–30 in and around Rajahmundry who wants to do something that matters — alongside people who end up feeling like family.
